I found an informative article by Jim O’Connor, Exercise Physiologist and Celebrity Trainer. The article is titled, Five Worst Weight Lifting Lies That Cripple Muscle Building Results.
He talks about using heavy weights and less reps versus low weight with many reps, how you cannot reduce body fat in a specific area by training that specific muscle, not training in a full range of motion to develop natural muscle tissue, how many days a week should you train, and how many sets per exercise and multiple weight lifting exercises you should do in order to see progress.
To find out what these 5 weight training myths are, read the article by Jim O’Connor.

Very nice article.
