There are numerous ways to mix walking into your day-to-day schedule. You and your dog can both work out by taking a short walk around your vicinity. Ten minutes at a time may not seem like a lot of time spent walking until you see that it equals to 70 minutes over the course of a week. You can double the number if you take your dog for a walk twice per day. Walk to where you work if you live pretty close to it. Walk daily because you’ll have a better chance of sticking to it, and with the proper diet, you’ll be able to lose weight with no problem. Because walking is not an exhausting exercise, it’s less problematic to stay motivated and stick with your exercise routine. You can increase the intensity level of your walking as you grow used to walking daily. If you believe you’re ready to move on to something harder, don’t be apprehensive to make an attempt. Walk a little faster than you usually do and possibly jog for a few steps along the way if you feel keen to do it. The next you need to do is to add even more arduous activities.
